澳大利亚物理治疗师协会（Australian Physiotherapy Council，简称 APC）是澳洲移民部指定的物理治疗师职业（Physiotherapist）技术移民评估机构。代表加拿大物理董事会对海外的物理治疗师的技能和资格进行评估。此评估只能用作移民申请，如果打算登记注册，需要申请专为从业注册准备的评估。如果想在移民局评分时获得工作加分，可以申请含工作经验评定的评估，还有一种就是不对工作经验进行评定的评估。APC 澳大利亚物理治疗师协会负责评估的职业 - immicn

申请人需要满足下列至少一个条件。1. 获得指定学校的学位

2. 持有APC实质性等价证书（完成APC等价资质评估之后颁发）
3. 持有APC颁发的终极证书（完成APC第一种评估中的临床评估之后颁发）
4. 持有澳大利亚理疗董事颁发的无限制条件的注册证书 Do you hold current general registration without conditions issued by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
5. 持有新西兰颁发的无限制条件的年度执业证书 Do you hold a current and unconditional Annual Practising Certificate issued by Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand.
如以上条件都不符合，会导致评估失败，所以申请人可以先申请符合以上其中之一的条件，比如申请APC的两个评估，比较适合境外申请人考虑的就是第2项，主要是评估学历是否能等同于APC认可的学历，第3项需要在澳洲境内完成，操作困难

看申请人持有的资质是否与澳大利亚资质等同，需要申请人的学校递交详细资料，如成绩单、课程设置等。如果申请成功，会获得实质性等价证书，他们可以持此证书申请普通注册或用于移民；如果申请失败，他们需要参加普通注册（无需参加初始评估），流程为：

Refund Procedure
Please note that there has been a change to the Council's refund procedure. The Council will now offer a refund under the following circumstances:

Written Assessment At least 6 weeks before month of assessment 50%

Clinical Assessment Before allocation of an assessment date 100% less Administrative Fee
Clinical Assessment At least 14 days before allocated assessment date 50%
Clinical Assessment Less than 14 days to allocated assessment date No refund
